Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item to process your claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
